What are your hours of operation?
We are available by text at (801)305-3132 or by phone (877)220-9114 between the hours of 9AM to 6PM (MST). If you need to reach us before or after hours, send us an email or leave a message. We will get back to you that same day or the next day of business.
Do you accept Groupons?
Production times are currently running at 5-7 business days. Every item is custom made once you place your order and we’ve yet to find a magic wand to shorten those times. The production times are always the same regardless of the shipping option you choose.
Our standard ground shipping is 3-5 business days. We also offer 2 Day and Next Day shipping options. This means that depending on the shipping option you choose, your order will arrive approximately between 1-2 weeks from the order placement date.
If you need something by a certain date please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
We also no longer offer local pickup/delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order before it’s printed, a refund can be issued. Per usual guidelines, allow 2-3 business days for the credit to be applied to your credit card. If you order has been processed and printed, unfortunately no refunds can be issued.
How do I care for my new Canvas?
Our canvases are pretty durable to begin with but we do recommended keeping sunlight exposure to the bare minimum and keeping it dry. You can dust your artwork with a feather duster or a soft cloth. The cloth can either be dry, or very slightly damp to clean your canvas. Avoid cleaners, solvents or any other liquids to prevent ruining the canvas.
What canvas sizes are available?
We can produce custom canvas sizes ranging in various thicknesses stretcher bars from .75” to 2.5” inches thick. The largest print we’ve done to date was a 10×20 gallery wrapped canvas mural.

How do I use a coupon code?
All coupons should be entered when prompted in the shopping cart prior to completing the purchase. This will ensure that the discount or free shipping codes will be applied. If you have a promo code, be sure to enter this into the “Discount Code” so that it’s applied to your order before completing. Coupon codes CANNOT be applied nor honored once the purchase is completed. If you have questions prior to your purchase, please don’t hesitate to call us or send a message.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer JPEG or TIFF images; this is how we ensure the best quality for your work of art. However, you can always email us at email@example.com with the format you currently have and we will let you know if we can use it or not.
If you are sending artwork via the following formats; .pdf, .eps, .ai, or .psd then the text must be converted to “outlines” in order for us to open it properly.
If you are still not sure, and need help then please call us, email us or stop by if you are local. We are more than happy to help because we want you to take your work of art home for enjoyment.
What resolution should my image be?
Files larger than 2 MB are perfect for most prints, between 750 KB and 2 MB are printable for most sizes, and smaller than 750 KB may work if the canvas isn’t too large. Upload what you have and we will let you know if there is an issue. If you are not sure, please call us or email us!

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, that’s how strongly we stand by our work. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your prints, we will happily assist you with a reprint or credit towards another purchase. Problems with orders need to be communicated within 30 days from the date of shipment. You can always contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your print. We guarantee this for all of our customers.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of the prints we do not offer returns. We do offer a satisfaction guarantee if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, or it was damaged during shipping. Simply take a picture and email it to us at email@example.com with a description of the reason for the dissatisfaction or a survey of the damage. You will then by contacted by a member of our team to coordinate either a reprint or an exchange.
